planning to register a company in the form of an LLC (Limited Liability Company)
in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1. Who Can Register an LLC
be a founder of an LLC (100% ownership is permitted);
be both the founder and director of the LLC;
be a founder and appoint another person as director.
There are no citizenship restrictions for registering an LLC.

3. Documents Required from a Foreign Citizen
